FOOTWEAR PRODUCTION PROCESS
SHOE CUTTING AND MARKING
Cutting molds prepared for the shoes to be made are prepared. These cutting dies are mounted on the cutting presses and the shoe parts are cut.
Vacuum table is used to make the cutting process correctly. Alignment marks are added to properly combine the cut pieces.
Footwear parts sew the parts of the shoe using the electric sewing machine. Depending on the shoe design, there may be different numbers of sewing machines on the sewing line. After sewing is completed, the shape of the finger box and heel counters are adjusted. For this, the thermoplastic counters in the foot and heel are heated and the shoe is compressed to adjust the shape.
In machines on the front of the line, steam is used to soften the shoes upper and prepare them permanently. The toe area is fitted in the mold on the machine and the machine uses glue to fix the tops. After the shape becomes permanent, the shoes are passed through the cooling tunnel.
After the application, the parts are passed through a heat tunnel to be dried.
The sole, top, sides and heel are compressed by the pressing machine. Depending on the shoe design, additions such as outer seams and rubber outsole are made after this section. Finally, the shoe can be passed through the drying oven and the UV tunnel to prevent the shoe from becoming moldy.

INNER MOLDING MACHINES
It consists of a series of die-cutting, die-combing and blade sharpening machines to form the inner molds of shoes.
INTERMEDIATE PROCESSING MACHINES
These are the machines required for operations such as stretching, aligning, gluing and drying the shoes.
These are the machines that are required to combine the pattern of the shoes and to get burrs, which vary in number and type according to the shoe model.
